Did We Start Something?

Well a second hardcopy of our NOA1 receipt 797 arrived in the mail box today. was that from our second call or our we going to get double time on the service?=))

Call Number Three

Called the USCIS again today and wasn't very happy with them. Told the guy who answered the phone I was getting really tired of having to look at my wife in a webcam everday because our paperwork was still sitting in the mailroom and others were flying through there and moving on to the NVC! He told me they get 300 to 400 a day and cannot process them all at the same time.

He looked us up and told me that we were assigned to an adjudicater on the 15th at 9:00pm. Two hours after we called???Hmmmmmm?

First Hint Of Life

Yee Haw! Finally, got our NOA1 form 797 hardcopy receipt in the mail box today. At least we know there is a little life in someone there.

WAHHHH!

Damn, Called USCIS again today and tryed talking to someone different. Pretty much told the same thing as 2 days ago! Still no NOA1 and still sitting in the mail room! Wah wah wah!!!!

Still No Good News

We called USCIS today and found out there was a glitch in the system and we didn't get our NOA1 mailed out to us:( So the lady said she would send us one out in the mail right away. We also found out we are not assigned to anyone yet but we are still in the mail room. "STILL IN THE MAIL ROOM???????WTF??????)" My check is cashed and no longer in the mail room!

Why Is This Always My Luck

Still no hard copy notice!!!! Ivy has joined a visa journey site and has been getting lots of valuable information. She found a way for us to get our receipt number and log into the USCIS website to track the progress. unfortunately still no notice and now we read they will not send another. WTF? If my mail route sucks so bad what will happen with all of the other important stuff I am to get throughout this process?

Seems as if everyone else who mailed their packages around us, both before and after, have already long ago received there notice and some have gotten their approval and it is headed on to the NVC!!!! WHY the hell do I have such shitty luck all the time???????

Waiting.........

I called my neighbor, who is checking my mail daily for anything from USICS, this morning and she says that the signature confirmation was all that has come in so far:(...

A check of my bank online shows that they have debited mt account for the fee so the ball is still rolling slowly! Can't wait to get the NOA1 back so I can send off the next package.
